Issue Tracker - Customer complaints added to the Tracker can be linked directly to the Customer in question, and in reverse, when viewing a Customer, their respective Customer Complaints are also conveniently listed.

Task Manager - Tasks can be linked to a Customer and vice versa

Asset Manager - add providers of services such as calibration to the Contact Manager
