Teams@work has a site-wide search feature that is accessible from every page that quickly allows you to search all content within your site.
It's fairly typical for web search engines to index attributes such as title and description, but we additionally employ some sophisticated indexing code to make the internal textual contents of document formats such as PDF and Word searchable also.
