Since then we have had close association with Ian Clark, who has moved us from a paper-based system to the current cloud-based system called Toolbox. Ian has also provided critical support for the audits and quality certification necessary for us to manufacture intrinsically approved geotechnical equipment used in the gassy underground coalmining industry in Australia and overseas. In 2019 we needed to amend our system to incorporate the new ISO80079:34 standard. We then went on to pass our annual SIMTARS surveillance audit for the year 2019.
